BACKGROUND
Prior to the de Blasio administration, running for office was never in my plans. But as I witnessed the city I love rapidly decay under the guise of “progressive policies”, I knew sitting on the sidelines was no longer an option. There’s nothing progressive about vilifying law enforcement, abolishing cash bail and allowing career criminals back on our streets. There’s nothing progressive about the rise in violent crime and homelessness that has been ravaging my beloved Brooklyn. Bill de Blasio took our city back to the dark ages, the New York City of the 1980’s where drugs and crime were rampant. That's not progressive - that's regressive. I’m telling you all this because if we want to turn things around, it’s very important to understand one thing:

My name is Brian Fox. I'm a businessman and entrepreneur who moved to Bay Ridge at 19 years old. I quickly fell in love with south Brooklyn and felt right at home in this diverse and resilient community. I’ve been fortunate to have a successful career, where I’ve bought and sold a number of financial businesses.
Although my professional life was thriving. I couldn’t help notice that my community was heading in the opposite direction. With property crime on the rise, trash piling up on every corner and violent assaults happening in broad daylight, I asked myself two questions:
Why is this happening?
Why is nobody addressing this?

EDUCATION
Brian is committed to advocating for giving all students access to quality schools, encourage more parental involvement in education, not forcing our kids to wear masks all day long, end all indoctrination and brainwashing, lift the cap on charter schools, protect and expand advanced and specialized education, expand and improve technical job training, improve school safety, support home-schooled children, promote more civics in the classroom to educate kids more about their great nation.

Brian Fox is truly passionate about this issue, as it is one that impacts so many people all over the New York State, once Brian is elected and on his first day in Albany he will advocate to :
Repeal Cashless Bail and Less is More Act
Remove District Attorneys who don’t enforce the law
Amend Raise the Age to give judges more discretion in Adolescent Offender cases
Give judges discretion when setting bail
Increase penalties on looting businesses
Hire additional police officers statewide
Oppose any effort to Defund the Police
Keep qualified immunity

Brian is committed to advocating for ending all COVID-19 mandates, ending the COVID-19 related state of emergency, repealing heavy handed regulations, enacting voter ID, protecting your right to self defense, repealing the unconstitutional SAFE Act, reinstating the religious exemption for all vaccines, protecting your right of free speech, taking on Big Tech and reopening any still closed state buildings.
